SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZE BUSINESS PROBLEMS AND THE WAYS TO SOLVE THEM IN GEORGIA

Summary

Small entrepreneurship, with its socio-economic functions, became an independent form of business in the national legislation of the absolute majority of industrialized countries. The dynamics of small enterprises' development depends largely on the state (as its various government structures) and the nature of small business interaction The government should make some changes in the existing policies of small businesses, and this attitude should include gradual, accelerated implementation of small business support through gradual changes. Small business promotion policy should be based on the specificity of each stage of economic development, based on the socio-economic situation created in the country.

The good will of the state would be to adopt a new law on "Small Business", which will determine the real status of small business and regulate all legal issues. A new legislative base would be desirable to develop a strategy for promoting the country's small business development.

The world experience of small business development indicates that change of state policy in this sector occures, with the active involvement of public and business circles, the development of small business development strategies and the implementation of measures for its implementation. Strategy should include the improvement of state banking credit policy and legislative base, access to business consulting and information services, etc.

In order to facilitate the development of small business, the government will solve the following three main issues: one of the small entrepreneurs to encourage as many as unemployed or incompetent workers to start their own business and take the first steps in this regard; Secondly, small business entrepreneurs make more entrepreneurs to take the first steps of their activities as much as possible to make the right decision in terms of both managerial and professional development; Finally, small entrepreneurs help sales to get first revenues that will further motivate them to help find additional resources, acquire and improve production facilities.
